Delivery Informtaion
To reduce our environmental impact a much as possible we embroider all items to order in house from our embroidery studio in Devon. This process generally takes 2-4 working days but might be slightly longer during peak times. If you require something urgently please get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.
Mainland UK – £5.95 (Free on orders over £50.00)
All orders to mainland UK are dispatched with DX Delivery on a next day service once production has been completed. We will provide DX with your email address and mobile number (if supplied) so you will get a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery with options to rearrange the delivery if required.
Everywhere Else
All other orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for service. Price will depend on order weight and delivery location, please add items to cart and proceed to checkout and enter delivery location for shipping prices and options.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@hmstd.xyz or visit the contact us page and we will do our best to put this right for you.
You have 28 days from date of purchase to notify us by email of any issues with any items ordered for them to be eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely even you receive a faulty product please contact us with photos of the problem(s) and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
If you have decided you simply do not like the item ordered you have 28 days to return it for a refund excluding all postage costs. Items must be returned in the as received condition.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, as we are a small team doing so would create a lot of additional admin work which we currently do not have time for. We therefore issue refunds as quickly as possible so you may place a new order for your preferred item.
When returning items to us we recommend using a signed for service as we can not be held responsible for any items that do not make it safely back to us.
